My free, online monthly Love in Adulthood workshops allow you to taste the magic of sacred sexuality and explore a range of topics. This work is a offering to the world, and therefore is always free to enjoy (and free on my site afterwards). May our shared wisdom enlighten, educate, and entertain.

Here’s some TL;DR for the workshop from my notes:

  • Tantra is a spiritual path that includes sexuality–as some of you might know, other religions or spiritual traditions ignore or disavow sexuality as a path to healing and connection with God/spirit/the universe.
  • Tantra is an ethos, practice, and paradigm that celebrates all that is beautiful about human. Yes, sexuality, but also our big feelings, our often messy bodies, and the difficult realities of the world.
  • Tantra makes space to celebrate the mundane and the ecstatic, to sexual and the sacred (and actually, it’s ALL SACRED)
  • For me, this means that as I started studying and practicing Tantra, I did have some big sensual and sexual experiences that were life-changing, but I also have cried more than ever before, moved through deep-seated trauma, learned to create better boundaries, and feel more aligned with my self than ever before.
  • And you can start today, loving yourself TANTRICALLY
  • We start by slowing down everything we’re doing (touch, sensation, movement)
  • Then we make space for all that is: big feelings, physical pains, distractions, pleasure and pain.
  • And we breathe into it: we breathe into the physical body, the emotional self, the sexual self, and we love and accept all that is.
