Twice a month, a small group of women come together in a beautiful private home in the Berkeley Hills to practice, express, awaken, and simply BE.
Golden Hour is a living, breathing practice space, rooted in sacred sexuality, somatic embodiment, and the kind of honest conversation that most of us don't get to have anywhere else. What we're creating is not a lecture; it's not a workshop you attend once and forget—it's a living field of magic.
Each gathering is two hours. We set the container together, explore a theme and one or two guided practices, and leave more alive, more awake, more present. Right now there are drop-in options (as space is available). And, because the topics rotate and the work unfolds over time, the longer you come, the deeper it gets.
A note on curation: Golden Hour is a vetted, consent-forward space. A brief consultation with Andrea is required before your first gathering. This keeps the container safe, intentional, and genuinely transformative for everyone in the room.
What we explore together
- Sacred sexuality: holistic sex magic, spiritual practice, and deep healing
- Sensation practices: the four layers of touch, pleasure mapping, waking up the whole body
- Pelvic floor engagement: build internal sensation, energy, and embodied awareness
- Guided pleasure and embodiment: breath practices and organic arousal
- Conversation and reflection: desire, fantasy, identity, and what we actually want
- Wheel of consent: explore giving and receiving in new ways
- Somatic practices: emotion in the body, stuck energy, nervous system regulation
This gathering is for you if...
You identify as a woman (cis, trans, and non-binary femmes welcome). You're curious, open-hearted, and ready to be honest with yourself. You want a real practice of awakening, not just information. You're somewhere on the journey of reclaiming your body, your desire, and your pleasure, whether you're just beginning or have been at this for years.
Golden Hour is explicitly queer, kink, polyam, and ENM affirming. All relationship structures and orientations are welcome.

Holistic Pleasure Coach
and Sex Educator
Andrea blends the spiritual and scientific to help women access deeper pleasure and sensual connection. Her work draws on Tantra, sacred sexuality, somatic practice, and mindfulness, with a particular love for the fire of midlife and perimenopause as a portal to reclaiming power and pleasure.
She is certified in Urban Tantra and as a Sex Educator, with a Master's in Gender Studies from University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a queer, kinky Tantrika, and this is her living room.
