Embodiment, Pleasure and Eroticism for Men Series: Workshop II // Deeper Touch & Expanded Pleasure

The best lovers are those that can feel more of their bodies and hearts, and use this awareness to connect deeply with their partners. In this workshop you will learn a variety of practices and tools that will allow you to drop into your body, explore touch in new ways, and expand your capacity for pleasure so that you can FEEL MORE—helping you become the lover and partner you’ve always wanted to be. 

These classes offer men guided support in a safe space so that you can dive deep into conversations about desire, orgasm, arousal, consent, and erotic energy. Using tools drawn from mindfulness, Tantric and Taoist traditions, Andrea will guide you on an embodied journey that will transform your sexual expression.

In the Deeper Touch workshop you’ll gain a better understanding about the anatomy and psychology of arousal, and you’ll learn new ways to approach touch, pleasure, and orgasm. We’ll focus on  mindful pleasure practices and orgasm/ejaculation delay techniques. You’ll also learn a sensation practice that you can use for yourself or others. There will be ample time for reflection, journaling, and discussion. Please note: the educational content and practices included in this event is focused on people with penises.
