guest post: digestive health 101

Hey friends, fun news! BakeryManis was featured last Wednesday on Healthy Bitch Daily. HBD is a great place to get your daily dose of sassy nutritional advice, and you can check out an article written by yours truly about maintaining a healthy digestion. Some of the tips I recommend to keeping everything moving along smoothly include:

  1. Drink lots of water, but…
  2. Don’t drink while you eat. 
  3. Eat greens and grains everyday. If that’s not enough, then…
  4. Supplement with healthy fibers. And if that’s still not enough…
  5. Add probiotics in the form of yogurt, kefir, kombucha, and supplements.
  6. Have fun!
